Amy Scott

Amy Scott

State Director - Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis

Amy has enjoyed a career in Child Welfare that started in 2007. It has included work with expectant parents, adoptive families, adoptees, foster parents, unaccompanied children and families in crisis. She serves as the State Director over all programs in Tennessee, and she attributes the success of programming to the great staff she gets to work with each day. Amy has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and she has received extensive training in Trust Based Relational Intervention, Homebuilders and Leadership development. Amy resides in NW GA with her husband and children.

Assistant Branch Director - East Tennessee & Greater Chattanooga - Knoxville, Chattanooga

Lynsey joined Bethany Christian Services in 2018. She earned her bachelor's degree in sociology in 2006 and her master's degree in organizational leadership in 2013. Lynsey has over 15 years of experience working with children, youth and their families in foster care, education, and survivors of sexual exploitation and violence. Lynsey is married to her best friend, and they parent their two vibrant kids.

Adoption Specialist and Administrative Assistant - Chattanooga

Kim joined Bethany Christian Services in 2018. She graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in geography. Kim is passionate about the mission and ministry of Bethany. This passion comes from her own family's experience with adoption. She is grateful to work for an organization that is committed to strengthening families for the well-being of children. When Kim is not at Bethany, she enjoys spending time and going on adventures with her husband and two children.

Tammy Martin

Adoption Specialist - Chattanooga

Tammy Martin received her Bachelor of Science in education from UT-Chattanooga and her Master of Education from Berry College in Rome, GA. Tammy spent 14-years as a classroom teacher. Her passion for adoption stems from her Christian faith and her family's own adoption experience. She and her husband adopted internationally and found Bethany to be a big part of their own adoption journey. Tammy is active in her church and is a group leader in Bible Study Fellowship.

Pregnancy Counselor/Safe Families for Children Coordinator - Chattanooga

Gaby joined Bethany Christian Services in 2022. She received her bachelor's degree in sociology and social work from Covenant College. She is excited and grateful to have the opportunity to support expectant parents and help families in crisis through our Safe Families program.
