Donna Pihl
Assistant Branch Director - Lincoln
Donna re-joined Bethany Christian Services in 2021 as the Assistant Branch Director. Donna was previously the supervisor for the Safe Families for Children program. Donna is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who earned her bachelor’s degree at Gordon College and her Master’s degree at Bridgewater State University. Donna has fifteen years of experience in behavioral healthcare working with children and families. She is passionate about family strengthening and preservation programs.
Danny Jones
Homebuilders Program Supervisor - Lincoln
Danielle "Danny" has worked in various roles with families and children for over a decade. Her journey began working in residential programs, addressing the needs of children with autism and ADHD. She later began working with children in foster care and adolescents in shelters. Danielle has a passion to help others and meet the needs of children and their families. She graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in social work.
Genesis Gonzalez
PRS Regional Supervisor - Lincoln
Genesis joined Bethany Christian Services as the home study and post release services family reunification supervisor. She has a bachelor’s in social work from Salem State University and is currently pursuing a master’s in social work. Helping provide minors and families with access to resources and opportunities to thrive in a new environment is the main focus of her career.
Robin Hessmann
Homebuilders Specialist - Lincoln
Robin began her career working as an early childhood educator, then transitioned to working with adults, children, and families with developmental disabilities, autism, mental and behavioral health challenges, and substance use diagnoses. She has worked with families and children for over 25 years. It has always been Robin’s greatest ambition to improve the lives of others, which she strives to do with families at Bethany. She graduated from Rhode Island College with a BA in psychology and Springfield College with a master’s in human services.
Samantha Barias
Wraparound Stabilization Program Coordinator for Southern New England and New Jersey - Lincoln
Samantha supports the daily function of the Wraparound Stabilization program, as well as facilitates Psychoeducation Trafficking classes, and Rehabilitation Services to refugees and immigrant individuals and their families.
