Sarah Caldararo
Executive Branch Director - Omaha, Council Bluffs, Des Moines, Orange City, Pella, Eastern South Dakota, Rapid City
Sarah joined BCS as the Executive Branch Director for Iowa and Nebraska in 2019 and began working with the South Dakota branch in 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha in Criminal Justice and her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College. Sarah has worked in the areas of Child Welfare, foster care and adoption since 2004. She has a passion for advocating for vulnerable children and families. Sarah serves as the President of the Nebraska Adoption Agency Association and has been involved in a number of associations and committees throughout Nebraska and Iowa. Sarah is married and has two young daughters. In their free time, Sarah’s family enjoys traveling, boating at nearby lakes and spending time outdoors.
Jean DenOuden
SFFC Coordinator - Orange City
Jean DenOuden works in Bethany’s Safe Families for Children program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human services and psychology. Jean and her husband have been blessed with three adult children and four grandchildren. They enjoy camping, boating, hiking, traveling, and cooking.
Kerri Yosten
Adoption Specialist - Omaha, Des Moines, Orange City, Pella, Council Bluffs
Kerri joins Bethany with over 12 years of experience in Child Welfare specializing in foster care and adoption. Kerri has a passion for advocating and being a voice for children and families. Kerri earned her bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and then went on to receive her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Bellevue University. Kerri and her husband, Danny, have two boys, Braxton and Kaleb. Kerri enjoys spending time with her family traveling and being outdoors.
Nicole Radtke, PLMHP, PCMSW
Parent Advocate, Expectant Parent Counselor - Omaha, Orange City, Des Moines, Pella
Nicole joined Bethany Christian Services in 2011, starting in Southern California. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Olivet Nazarene University and her Master of Social Work degree at Azusa Pacific University. She was inspired to pursue a career in the adoption field after many years of working with women through unplanned pregnancies. After moving to the Midwest, she is grateful to continue serving families through adoption and through parent education to provide a safe and loving home environment for children. Along with her husband and son, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, playing games and traveling.
