Fall Benefit Gala

Event Details

Join us for our annual fall benefit gala, supporting vulnerable children and families in our community. You’ll learn more about Bethany’s programs, enjoy dinner, hear inspirational speakers, and be given the opportunity to support our work through your gifts. We look forward to sharing this special evening with you!   

Event registration will open on September 2, 2024.

Event information 

Ticket price includes admission, entertainment, dancing, photo booth, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and free parking (available in Forbes Avenue Garage, 1180 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219). 

• Individual ticket- $75 

• Table (8 tickets) - $500

*Please RSVP by November 8, 2024. 

Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted for the raffle, auction, and donations to our ministry. Please bring cash if you wish to participate in 50/50 raffle or pull-tab ticket raffle, or to request/change songs during entertainment. 

Tickets or wristbands for alcoholic beverages will need to be purchased upon registration or at the event. One ticket per beverage is required, or a wristband for unlimited alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, and water are complimentary.  

This event is recommended for guests ages 18 and up. Formal attire requested; black tie optional. 

Event goal

The goal of this event is to raise significant funds for the vulnerable children, families, and clients we serve in our community. At our event, please consider making a financial contribution, bidding on auction items, purchasing raffle tickets, or participating in many other activities we have available to raise support. Your generous support helps us ensure children and their families are safe, loved, and connected. You make a difference and we look forward to having you at our event!
