As a Licensed Child Placing Agency (LCPA), Bethany works closely with the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) which sets the licensing requirements for domestic foster care, kinship foster care, and short-term immigrant foster care. This initial class, RAPT 1, is the first in a four-part series of required pre-service classes needed for foster care licensure.
