A nonprofit finished two adjacent four-story affordable apartment buildings. Inner City Christian Federation held a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week for the $18 million project, at 501 and 525 Eastern Ave. SE. Totaling around 70,800 square feet, the north building is 37,200 square feet, and the south building is 33,600. They were built in accordance with LEED Silver certification standards.
