Fostering transformation for our youth and community
Creating opportunities for growth
ProTrek
ProTrek is an immersive experience that allows participants to rise to new heights, achieve personal and professional goals, and broaden their horizons in a variety of contexts. This transformative experience provides youth (ages 14-18) with relationship building skills, healthy communication tactics, employment readiness training, intellectual and emotional guidance, paid work experience, and most of all—fun!
YouthBuild
YouthBuild champions today’s youth, ages 17-24, who aspire to improve their lives and communities by building the skills and resources to reach their full potential. Through hundreds of YouthBuild programs in the U.S. and around the world, youth pursue their education, prepare for future careers, and grow into community leaders—building brighter futures for themselves and their neighborhoods.

Catalyzing a citywide movement
The Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation was established in 2015, located in the Madison Square neighborhood as a partnership between two for-profits and three non-profits. The center’s purpose is to create opportunities for transformation through meaningful relationships, work, education, and community development.
