Greg was working at a residential facility for teen boys when he met Marcellus, a nonverbal teen with autism who had been a ward of the state for years. Greg could see Marcellus was a special young man who was struggling in the institutional environment, so Greg made Marcellus a promise to protect and nurture him—not as a staff member but as his dad. Marcellus’ adoption through Bethany gave him a home, a family, and a future where he's free to dance to his own music.
