Fostering doesn't mean having all the answers

Experienced couple relies on faith, case manager to support foster children

Foster dad and foster child fishing on a sunny day.

After raising six children, Paul and Jennifer had learned a thing or two about parenting. And for the last three years, they have opened their home to children and teens in foster care who needed a safe place. But even with their parenting experience, they understand caring for children with a trauma history has its own learning curve and struggles. So while they lean into their experience, they also rely on their Bethany caseworker and on their faith in God to carry them through.
