Thalia worked hard as a single parent, keeping a job, and going to school. When her son, Adrian, was 2, they experienced homelessness. Safe Families for Children provided an opportunity for Thalia to work through challenges without losing her son to foster care. Amber, a Safe Families host, explains how she helped support Thalia by giving Adrian a safe, temporary place to stay.
