Long-Term Refugee Foster Care Info Meeting

|

Event Details

In this virtual information session, you will learn about who Unaccompanied Refugee Minors are (ages 13-17), where they are coming from, and why they are leaving their home countries. We will explain the licensing process and how you progress from this point to becoming fully certified foster parents. You'll also hear about the team effort involved in supporting foster families and URM youth throughout their long-term placement. It's all about lasting relationships between you and your youth, and we have the unique opportunity to build those relationships with long-term refugee foster care. So, click on the registration button and consider this your official invite to join our info session and learn more about URM youth and how you can serve them!
